Description
Access control means allowing only the right people to enter a room or area. An RFID card reader reads the unique ID (UID) of a card. If the UID is in the list of allowed cards, the system opens the door.
In this project, we use an Arduino board to read card UIDs from the RC522 module, show messages on an I2C LCD, move a servo motor to open/close the door, and switch a blue LED ON while the card stays near the reader. This project shows how simple components work together to make a useful security device.
