In this project, we design a DIY pollution control model that filters factory smoke and converts it into cleaner air before releasing it into the atmosphere.

Industrial pollution is one of the biggest environmental challenges in today’s world. Large factories and industries release harmful smoke, dust particles, and toxic gases into the atmosphere, causing severe air pollution. This pollution not only damages the environment but also creates serious health problems such as asthma, lung diseases, respiratory infections, and other breathing-related issues.
To address this problem, we have developed a DIY Industrial Smoke Pollution Control System that demonstrates how factory smoke can be filtered and cleaned before being released into the environment. The model uses a smoke filtration chamber, water purification process, and air cleaning mechanism to reduce harmful pollutants from industrial emissions.
In this project, smoke generated from a miniature factory setup is directed through a filtration chamber containing water and filter materials. As the smoke passes through the chamber, dust particles and pollutants get trapped, reducing the amount of harmful substances released into the air. The filtered air then exits through the chimney as cleaner air, demonstrating an eco-friendly solution for industrial pollution control.
This project helps students understand the importance of environmental protection, air pollution management, industrial waste treatment, and sustainable development. Upon detecting such an anomaly, the sensor triggers the color change mechanism, causing the strip to transition from green to red.
